Product Pricing Calculator
Calculate your per-unit sale price based on costs, expenses, and desired profit margin.
Your Product Price
The price your product (or products) should be determined by multiple factors: the cost of the materials to produce your good or service, the price it costs to operate, as well as the margin needed to meet your target profit.
This calculator takes each of these factors into account to support you in determining a potential price for your product.
Using This Tool
There are two tabs below. Single Product is for pricing one product at a time. Multi-Product lets you price up to three products simultaneously, with operating expenses allocated across them by percentage.
Editable labels — Click on any item name (e.g. "Material Type 01") to rename it to match your actual costs.
Real-time calculations — Subtotals, totals, and the final sale price update automatically as you type.
Pricing formula — Sale Price = Total Cost Per Unit ÷ (1 − Profit Margin %). A 20% margin on a $100 cost = $125 price.
Multi-product allocation — Operating expenses are split across products by the percentages you set. Ensure they total 100%.
